We start with the principle of a collaborative and respectful dialogue where we help you to explore what is happening. Through relevant and specific interventions which include activity and communications mapping, psychometric testing, psychological interventions, future visioning and systems mapping we support an inquiry in which we jointly find out what is happening in the organisation. We are skilled at powerful inquiry and exploration which can create insight from which action and learning can occur. This approach to understanding the organisation is part of each of our service offerings.

One of the fundamental beliefs of Personal Impact! Limited is that all things are connected, often in ways that are not at first obvious. The way in which a customer facing individual greets a customer has a massive impact on the perception of that individual of the larger organisation. How many people have had poor customer service on one occasion but chosen not to go back for fear of a repeat occurrence?
