Supervision

Supervision is a co- created process whose primary, but not only, aim is to support the supervisee in developing their ability to reflect on their work to assist in their learning and growth. It is a process that aims to ensure the boundaried, safe and ethical working of both supervisor and supervisees by offering a space for reflection, learning and growth. With these things in place the supervisee should be better resourced to be an even more effective practitioner.

Supervision is well established in fields such as social work, therapy and psychology but less well established in the field of organisational work and coaching.

As an experienced and ICF ACCREDITED COACH SUPERVISOR I offer the following types of supervision:

  • Individual coach supervision
  • Individual organisational supervision
  • Group coach supervision
  • Group organisational supervision

In order to support the process of supervision I incorporate a number of models and theories into my practice which help to provide a container and framework for the work that we do together in our meeting and to support the supervisee in their day to day coaching work.
