Michael is a passionate and committed business and change leader who believes in and has experience that all people have the capacity to excel!!. He applies his experience, skills and beliefs in the development of organisations and individuals within them to achieve results.
He works in partnership with his clients to help them create the environment in which they are able to fully inquire and explore their own thoughts, beliefs and behaviours in the context of current organisational performance and in strategic and tactical plans for the future.
He supports teams and individuals to make the largest change possible with the minimum of effort to achieve their personal and business goals. His clients enjoy his straightforward and supportively challenging style through which he maintains an absolute focus on organisational results. He has a particular focus on the development of individuals into the most senior executive levels in organisation and how they then lead organisations.
Michael holds a degree, a chartered management accounting qualification and a Masters degree in Psychotherapy. He is a member of the British Psychological Society and the International Coach Federation (as a coach supervisor) and is qualified to use a wide range of behavioural tools.
Michael has nearly 20 years experience with roles as a board-level executive, senior commercial manager, facilitator, coach, coach supervisor and change leader working with large international companies in the private and public sectors across the UK, Europe and the US. With a professional background in international commercial management and change management consultancy he has practical and hard earned operational and strategic experience. He works with a diverse client base including the private, public and not for profit sectors. Most recently he was a Non Executive Director with Central and Eastern Cheshire Primary Care Trust where he chaired the Integrated Governance and Audit Committee.
Michael also works in partnerships with leading organisations including Transcend Consultancy where he contributes to their leadership development practice.and Penna where he is an Executive and Board
